Lane Toyota
The design team at Ardent worked on Lane Toyota in a previous roll. The dealership is located on a major intersection in Glen Waverley. Lane Toyota had been trading from the site since the early 1980's and it was imperative to keep the business functioning while the new showroom was built.
The design features a raised showroom which gives excellent visibility into the showroom over the display cars in the yard. Being in a major intersection it gives potential customers great visibility while sitting at the lights.
The raised showroom also makes room for undercroft parking which was important due to the constrained nature of the site.
