Ardent Architects were engaged by the client to deliver 3 generous town houses on a small block in Caulfield North.
Because of the limited site size of the block the development utilizes a basement car park to provide adequate parking and storage. The design utilizes low maintenance materials and quality finishes to ensure the long term investment of the client requires little ongoing upkeep.
