Fountain Gate Subaru
Fountain Gate Subaru was designed by the Ardent Architects team when in a previous role. The dealership is raised to give prominence to the display cars above the external yard cars.
The display pods are used to elevate cars above the showroom as the site is in a sunken area of the estate. The pods also help with meeting the Part J energy requirements as they are separated from the showroom providing insulation.
The facility utilizes and underfloor airconditioning system allowing us to design a very fine roof line as no services are located in the ceiling cavity of the showroom.
